Tinuviel Software include data for the following nutrients and other components for our North American customers: energy, protein, total fat, saturates, monounsaturates, polyunsaturates, individual fatty acids, cholesterol, carbohydrate, starch, total sugars, individual sugars, fiber, alcohol, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, valine, threonine, and histidine), lycopene, lutein+zeaxanthin, phytosterols and caffeine.

You can add data for up to 1,000 of your own ingredients.
