NUTRITION DATA FOR FLOURS, GRAINS, & BREAKFAST CEREALS

Latest data for the nutrient compostion of flours, grains and breakfast cereals (Food Standards Agency) is now available for use in Tinuviel Software nutritional analysis products. If the product you are using is the latest version, you can update it automatically and then you should be able to import these data.

FOOD24 Ultimate

With this version of FOOD24, you can develop custom 24hr recall interviews and carry out your interviews on any computer or on the internet.

A web-based interview is now automatically created from the FOOD24 recall that you have designed. This can be accessed by any browser, allowing field workers to operate in any location with internet access or for subjects to self-administer if appropriate to your study population.

Data are automatically stored on a web server database and can then be imported into WISP for analysis. WISP can then consolidate the interviews for each subject, making food intake records of several days for each subject. You can then analyse nutrient intakes, compare mean daily intakes with Dietary Reference Values and do statistical analyses using the WISP Statistics Module, or output data to a file for further analyses in statistics packages such as SPSS.
