- Users Manual
A comprehensive Users Manual is provided with every product. If you are unable to locate yours, you can access this within the program (go to Help, on-line documentation).

To get help on the part of the program that you are using, press [F1]
- Tutorial
Several programs have tutorial presentations for the program's main functions. Go to Help, Run Tutorial (WISP/NetWISP, QBuilder/NetQBuilder, CARAT/NetCARAT).
- Web Help
Several programs have a WebHelp system that you can access if your computer is connected to the internet. Go to Help, Tinuviel on the web, WebHelp (WISP/NetWISP, QBuilder/NetQBuilder, CARAT/NetCARAT). These are frequently expanded and updated. So, if there's a question you're looking for an answer to, this may be found here. If not, please ring/email and ask us.
- Program updates
WISP, QBuilder and CARAT can update themselves, at the touch of a button (internet connection necessary). For network programs (NetWISP, NetQBuilder and NetCARAT), software tools are provided, for your IT staff to do this. So, you can always be sure of having access to the latest features.
- Food composition data supplied by manufacturers
These data can be automatically imported by WISP, QBuilder & CARAT. Go to Nutrient Databank, Import new food data. Select [Tinuviel Software website]. Then choose the data set you want to import.
For network programs (NetWISP, NetQBuilder and NetCARAT), software tools are provided for your IT staff to do this.
