DIETQ is a food intake questionnaire and nutrition analysis program. The questionnaire has been validated against 7-day weighed intake records and has been used in large-scale population surveys.

DIETQ is no longer available as a single program, but is included as part of Nutrition Studio and as a sample questionnaire in QBuilder.

With QBuilder, you can amend the questionnaire to suit the population being studied. For example, you can add or delete foods in the questionnaire; amend the nutrient composition of the foods used; or use different portion sizes.

You can then automatically generate:

• Paper form for your amended questionnaire
• Data entry system for the new paper form
• Computer-based interview for the new questionnaire
• Remote Data Entry system for the new questionnaire, enabling you to enter data from paper forms and carry out computer-based interviews on any computer.
• Web-based interview for the new questionnaire, that subjects can complete on the internet
• Nutritional analysis system for the new questionnaire
