CARAT enables food manufacturers and retailers to calculate nutrition information and generate ingredients lists for product labels for the EU, USA & Canada. This is in accordance with relevant food labelling regulations. Both water and vitamin losses on processing are taken into account. Analysis is fast and information similar to laboratory analysis. Results can be printed, emailed, or output in a range of file types, e.g. Excel® spreadsheet, XML dataset, CSV text file.
